Who We Serve
Many of our patients are too ill, frail, or anxious to travel to a radiographic facility. By bringing the service to their home or care facility, we help prevent unnecessary stress, discomfort, and risk of injury.
We take great pride in our imaging standards. Should we ever be unable to provide diagnostic-quality images, there will be no charge to the patient.
We cover the Auckland metropolitan area. i.e. Orewa (North) to Pukekohe (South) & Hamilton.
Our Portable X-Ray equipment is designed to be compact and manoeuvrable. We can typically fit into most rooms, including bedrooms and living areas. Our technicians will assess the space and ensure safe and efficient operation. We take care to minimise disruption and ensure patient comfort.
The procedure typically takes between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the type of examination. We aim to complete the process quickly and efficiently, minimising patient discomfort and disruption. Our technicians are trained to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
Portable X-Ray is a non-invasive procedure and is not painful. You may be asked to hold still in certain positions, but there should be no discomfort. Our technicians will guide you through the process and ensure your comfort.
You may need to remove clothing or jewellery that could interfere with the X-ray. Our technicians will advise you on any necessary preparations. We aim to minimise disruption and ensure your comfort and privacy.
